Development Projects in OLDE TOWN STONEY CREEK

With the implementation of the Urban Hamilton Official Plan(UHOP), Olde Town Stoney Creek is on the verge of some major changes. With the construction of the Confederation GO Station and the LRT reaching to Eastgate Square, along with the approval of the Old Town Stoney Creek Secondary Plan, the area is about to see some major growth.

The best way to influence the direction of developments in our communities is to stay informed and involved, and that is one of the ways our Association hopes to influence change.

Please send us any feedback you may have and continue to reach out to City Councillors, Project Planners and Project Developers with any questions or concerns you may have.

Please see below for a list of current Developments and Project Proposals throughout Olde Town Stoney Creek.
